REAR WHEEL CART
The Eddie’s Wheels rear wheel carts sport an industry-leading design that works with the dog’s body rather than against it. Great for rehabilitation and recovery situations, the carts are designed to allow a natural range of motion vital to healing without compensatory issues. Each cart is custom built to meet the needs of the individual dog and can be upgraded to accomodate further mobility loss, common in degenerative conditions.
Standard Rear Wheel
These carts work best for dogs with normal strength in their front limbs and shoulders but who need assistance in the rear.
These carts are ideal for dogs with forelimb or shoulder pain or weakness common with conditions such as wobblers syndrome, degenerative myelopathy, elbow displasia, and carpus hyperextension.
This cart style works best for dogs with serious forelimb disabilities. The special weighting system removes up to 40% of the weight borne on the front legs. This is the best solution for dogs with advanced degenerative myelopathy, cervical IVDD and osteoarthritis.
This cart gives a dog the best of both worlds, by allowing the owner to adjust the support of the cart with a simple change to the wheel position. A great option for dogs recovering strength in the forelimbs following surgery or FCE, or dogs with degenerative conditions (rather than upgrades to a standard cart).
